Cheddar cheese, grated |
Press the chicken with a fork to break the chunks up. Add mayonnasise and cheese and mix. Serve on bread or on crackers or just plain.

Mustard Salt and Pepper |
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix together. Place filling in the spaces in the egg white.

Butter one side of each piece of bread. Place one piece butter side down in a pan on medium heat. Add cheese slice. Top with the other slice of bread with the butter on the outside.
Cook until cheese begins to melt and bread is golden brown. Flip over. Cook until cheese is completely melted and other slice of bread is golden brown.

Lettuce, chopped 2 plum tomatoes, sliced Cheddar cheese, grated Ranch dressing |
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with hot sauce. Once chicken is done add them to the hot sauce mixture and coat completely.
Pile tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, dressing, and chicken and roll up like a burrito.

Poke the baked potatoes with a fork several times. Microwave for 6-12 minutes depending on size until soft. Cut in half. Top with butter, cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, and butter (or any combination of those toppings).

Form ground beef into small patties, about 2" in diameter. Fry until done. Mix ketchup and mustard and serve with burgers as a dipping sauce.

Split bagels (or lay tortilla flat). Cover with pizza sauce. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Microwave for 45 seconds to a minute and let stand for another minute or two to allow the cheese to melt. This is especially fun on mini bagels (makes a much healthier version of bagel bites). If using tortillas, you can eat them like a pizza or rolled up like a burrito.
